Double un-WOOT!

I stepped on the scale today and discovered that while I did stay on my program while eating Chinese food for lunch and Thai food for dinner, I did ingest a healthy quarter ton of sodium.

For the first time in my life I got on the scale, saw a gain, and I laughed out loud.  No stress, no tears, no upset.  I’m still making progress, I’m still heading in the right direction, and I know this is sodium induced water weight. It was a bit shocking to see a 6 pound gain in 24 hours, but it is temporary, and it is ok.
