310 pounds and ready to do what it takes to get to 17,598 feet at Mount Everest Base Camp.

Everest Base Camp… And That’s the End of the Story 🙂

It took years of training and weight loss, but, as I like to say, no one said it would be easy, they said it would be worth it. They were right.

Friday, May 17th, 2017

I weighed myself at work yesterday and I officially weigh 310 pounds.

Monday, May 20th

I’m tired of being reasonable.  I’m tired of doing this diet or that diet. I’m tired of doing this cycle of failure and having no one to blame but myself.

Is Your Sky Purple?

I am sitting here, with a size 24 morbidly obese butt, telling you and everyone else that I’m going to trek to Everest Base Camp.  I mean it.  I’m promising myself, first and foremost, that I’m doing this, and I’m saying it where everyone can hear me.

Yesterday the Ironman, Today Running

I ran.  I am positive that it wasn’t pretty, but who cares, no one else is up that early.  I’m pretty sure it was barely faster than my walk, but dammit, I RAN.

I Did Not Die Today

I did not die.
